During Lent we think a lot about the idea of healing, and about tackling things in us that are keeping us from God and keeping us from being the people that w are meant to be.
The word healing means to cure something that is doing harm. We all have things that need healing, and Lent is a good time to look at those things.
So is there anything in us that needs healing?
Is there anything we have done wrong that we haven't said sorry for or haven't put right?
Is there anything somebody has done to us that we haven't forgiven them for? Sometimes people need to be told that they're forgiven, and that things are okay again.
Is there anything we keep doing in life that is causing harm?
There are probably many questions we could ask ourselves about the need for healing, and many answers we could give.
 Pray
Loving Father,
You can heal any wound and you alone can lead us to a full, complete, happy and beautiful life.
Help us to use this Lent to ask ourselves honest questions and to heal that which isn't wuite right.
Fill our hearts with love, and let us know that, with you at our side, all things are possible.
Amen.
 Challenge
Your challenge today is just to spend a bit of quiet time (maybe 10-15 mins) to reflect on what's written here...
